WSOP Circuit at Harrahs New Orleans May 9th

wsop circuit event is coming to harrahs starting may 9th. anybody esle gonna play. are you dealing it mop head fred? i plan on playing about 3 or 4 events.

For anyone who needs more info on the schedule, satellites, or a place to stay, I just posted the Harrah's New Orleans May 2008 WSOP Circuit information.

Unless I run really well online in the next week or so, we won't be playing any events. We might go rail the main event though.

ill only be playing the main event if i make a good cash in one of the others or win a sat. im going to play the 300 event and two or three of the 500 events.

We should go and at least do some blogging from the ME. Last time we went, Charlene and I got to meet Phil Gordon which was cool.

I went to the same one then I think, cause I got my picture with Phil and got to tell him that he was really the reason I'm playing poker today (which is true).

I definitely do want to at least blog about it and try to get some pictures.

Let me know if you're interested and maybe we can hang out for a drink at least or if you're down on the weekend, you can jump into my weekly home game.

i wish i could stake all of you, but my bankroll is weak which is why im getting staked myself. you must find someone with money who believes in your skills like i did. and by the way, the cash action is so crazy during these tourneys, it's pretty easy to win a buy-in in them. last year i won my way in two of them from cash game winning. the games are loose and wild with plenty of cheese involved.

Good to know. Perhaps I'll try that if getting staked fails.

That's awesome! Phil was a really nice guy. Even though he was obv. disgusted about the way the final table went for him, he was gracious enough to take a couple pics with us. He was the first mainstream pro we'd ever seen in person, so we were pretty excited.

i just got schedule in the mail and its a little differant than the one you posted. it has a 10pm tourney every day ranging from $175-$300

Thanks for the heads up. Is it just that one tournament that's different? Is the 10pm tourney a satellite?

Any other details you have would be great.

every night at 10pm there's a tourney. buy in range from 175-300. it doesnt say if they levels are different are anything but thats the only thing different than the one you posted. and no its not a sat
