Anyone else hooked on Guitar Hero?

A friend got me to play about a year ago. I didn't think I would like it that much, but I'm hooked! I finally got Guitar Hero II and III for the PS2. I've gotten 5 stars on just about all the songs on medium. Time to conquer Hard!

If you do play - what level are you at?

If you don't play - what's wrong with you?

ok, out comes the lameness....

so, Im going to buy a 360, cause i dont have a tv capable of running a ps3 yet...

so, every chance I get, i'm either at my best friends house playing (instead of watching my sons tear his house apart) or at the local best buy/circuit city to play their setup...

either way, Im totally hooked

and I suck at it. Whats scarier, is that my wife just played it for the first time last week, and got a better score on "slow ride" than I did, and I actually know how to play...she doesn't, or so I thought.

yeah, now that I think of it, every time I teach my wife how to do something I love to do, she ends up being better than me.....chess, poker, guitar hero, i give up

I totally hear you. Luckily my wife doesn't get as involved as I do in things like poker, shooting pool, and Guitar Hero. There's no doubt in my mind that if she studied and played these things as much as me, that she'd pwn my face.

dude thats the most annoyingg game ever..theres a place here in baton rouuge that charges 8 buck an hoour just to play.. imagine the line though... lol

That's pretty crazy. Guess I'm in the wrong business! We should go remind the people in line that you can play it for free at Walmart. :lol:

Yeah,

ya know, I am a manager at Hooters, and we actually held a GH3 tournament at the store a few times.....its sick how these little kids that are 9 and 10 years old can play that game.

Just a few more SnG wins and I'll have enough for my 360....
